Your old left brake is worn out and pulling uneven. You bolt on the new assembly, connect the wires, and it adjusts itself with every stop. Braking's balanced again and the trailer's back to doing what it should.

Hi everyone. Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at our Terran Axle Electric Trailer Brakes. These are self-adjusting. It's a 10-inch left hand assembly rated for a 3,500 pound axle. So folks, again, designed for 10-inch brake setups on a 3,500 pound trailer axle.
This is the left hand or driver's side assembly. On the back of this particular one, there is an L stamped on there for left. That might not always be the case for you, but if you need the right hand assembly, I'll throw that number on the screen for you. It's TX67ZJ. Again, today we're looking at the left hand assembly.
It's a self adjusting design. It works automatically giving you consistent brake contact. The electronic operation, you got two wires out the back you're gonna wire up and your brake controller in your cab would turn the brakes on whenever you apply the brake pedal on your towing vehicle. You have a 1, 2, 3, 4 hole bolt brake flans. That's a standard size.
Again, this is a 10-inch drum assembly and again, this is the driver's side or left hand side. And again, it's a no manual adjustments needed. It just installs and calibrates as you break the first few times. And again, it's electric, a great product here by Terran Axle. Folks, that is gonna wrap it up for our quick look together.
I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
